Aalto EE is looking for a result- and sales-oriented
You are a professional who is able to recognize customers’ future goals and tailor executive training solutions for them. Your daily tasks consist of finding new customers, contacting senior management, customer meetings, leading the tender process and building tenders based on the customers’ needs analyses, as well as closing the deals. You are responsible for developing executive training concepts, managing programs and projects, and building a strong network of partners and professionals to tap into novel methodologies.

- Ability to discuss business challenges on all organizational levels
- Ability to identify and understand customer and business needs in various industries and perceive entities in a holistic way
- Excellent skills in building high quality solutions (content & methodology) according to specific business needs
- Ability to design and manage high value projects independently
- Self-directed, active, and success-driven way of working
- Strong commercial mindset and sales drive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English
- Master’s degree in business or equivalent
You have minimum 3-5 years of experience and track record of profitable B2B sales, consulting, or HR/business development within a global company. You are able to discuss fluently with top management on business, leadership, and organizational development, also in case of global organizations. You are well-informed of today’s business challenges and want to take part in developing better leadership in a global and growing company. You have management experience of demanding and high value projects. Experience in executive development is a must, whether as a solution provider or within a multinational company.
