Your task is to acquire new customers and grow existing ones by selling customized executive education development programs and all Aalto EE’s portfolio programs to your prospects and customer base. You are responsible for profitable sales to your assigned accounts and prospects, and of consistent client development and account management. You are a professional who is able to use needs analyses to recognize customers’ future goals for our solution design team to tailor solutions for our customers.
A significant part of your job is finding new customers through a high number of activities to build a strong and solid sales pipeline. Your daily tasks consist of contacting clients and prospects, customer meetings, leading the tender process and tenders based on the customers’ needs analyses, and closing the deals. You are a sales professional with a strong track record in successful sales especially in international competitive biddings. Experience in executive development is seen as an advantage but is not must – having the right attitude and motivation are your main assets.
In your role you will report to the Head of Sales & Customer Value and be a part of the Sales & Customer Value Team. Your job title will be Account Manager or Account Director based on your experience and track record.

You have 3-5 years of experience and track record of profitable B2B sales. You are able to discuss fluently with top management on business, leadership and organization development, also in case of global organizations. You are well-informed of today’s business challenges and want to take part in developing better leadership in a global and growing company.
Prerequisites for successful performance:
We are looking for a profit-maker who has strong business understanding and skills with concrete track record in successful sales, and who is equipped with good social competence that is also tested in international business environment.
