Important Information on Aalto University Executive Education Ltd's Activities and Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Aalto University Executive Education Ltd, takes the COVID-19 situation extremely seriously and takes every precaution to make sure that our clients, employees, and guests are safe. On March 16, 2020, the Finnish Government decided on additional measures to address the coronavirus outbreak in Finland. The aim of the measures is to protect the population and to safeguard the functioning of society and the economy. The measures will be in force until April 13, 2020.

Internal Task Force

Aalto EE's internal task force is working on a daily basis to review and carefully assess information about the outbreak and its impact around the world from a wide range of sources, such as the WHO, Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL), the Finnish Government and Aalto University, as well as the organizations we work with.

Program Participation

Public gatherings are limited to no more than ten persons, and it is recommended to avoid spending unnecessary time in public places.

Online participation is possible in all of our ongoing programs and we are thus making sure that we minimize physical contact. This option applies to both currently ongoing and future programs. Aalto EE has extensive experience in both streamings and in online programs.

You can confidently participate in the programs you have enrolled in and also register for future groups. Please do not hesitate to contact the related program staff in case you have any questions or concerns related to your program attendance.

Guests and Traveling

If anyone of our staff, faculty or customers have been traveling abroad, an automatic quarantine of 14 days is needed with no exceptions.

Remote work

Aalto EE’s approach remote work as follows:  work that does not require presence in the office is recommended to be carried out remotely.
