Business Hack Factory
Would your organization benefit from the brainpower of 80 executives with a combined work experience of ca. 1,300 years? Aalto Executive MBA participants are ready to put their complexity management skills in use and tackle various types of organizational challenges and business problems in the Business Hack Factory held on October 22–26, 2019.
We are interested in ambitious businesses and organizations, preferably medium to large size, that are looking to find analytical and creative solutions and recommendation to a tangible and current business challenge.
What is Business Hack Factory?
During the Business Hack Factory Aalto EMBA participants combine the knowledge, concepts, and frameworks accumulated during the EMBA program with their individual work experience from various backgrounds and businesses in constructing solutions and recommendations for the selected case companies. The participants will work in groups on a live case mode throughout the days concentrating on different angles of the challenge on each day of the Business Hack Factory.
The work is facilitated by professors from Aalto University School of Business and Aalto EE’s leading experts who challenge the groups and provide support as the groups work to find recommendations and solutions to the challenges. Depending of the size and scope of the challenge, the aim is to produce real solutions and recommendations, challenge the thinking within your organization or plant the seeds that will drive your business forward.
