Developing Agile Innovation Capabilities program gives you a 360-degree view on innovation and service design. It supports developing both innovative mindset and service design culture in your organization.
The goal of the program is to offer you practical tools and frameworks for designing new innovative products and services. Program will teach how to combine analytical and creative thinking in a systematic way for best results.
By completing the course you will gain better understanding of

The learning path consist of three online courses:
The module walks you through the human-centric process of Design Thinking and gives you the best tools for all phases. You will acquire a workbook to practice and apply on your own real business challenges.
Module offers a unique insight into the Innovation Leadership mindset and concepts. More than ever before, large companies are embracing start-up practices to transform their leadership culture to be more agile, innovative, and entrepreneurial through empowerment of their people.
The program is targeted to business leaders and experts who are developing new products/and services, improving innovation processes, creating new business models, or working on innovation strategies.
By completing the program, the participant will get Aalto EE Developing Agile Innovation Capabilities Certificate
Contents and Schedule
The program consists of three modules focusing on Service Management, Design Thinking and Innovation Leadership. During the Design Thinking module, you are introduced a Design Thinking Workbook with practical tools and templates to be applied in real business challenges.
The duration of program is approximately 12–18 weeks when following the recommended 4–5 hours weekly study schedule.
