Understanding finance is crucial to obtaining project funding, anticipating business trends or evaluating company performance. You cannot make decisions unless you understand how the money flows.
The Financial Decision Making module will provide you with an understanding of balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements and other financial disclosures, and how this information relates to key variables in management decisions.

The module will provide you with an understanding of financial statements and how that information relates to key variables in management decisions. The highly topical module draws from current global economic examples.
The Financial Decision Making module will
- provide you with an understanding of balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements and other financial disclosure and how this information relates to key variables of management decisions
- teach you international financial reporting (IFRS) requirements.

The program fee for the Financial Decision Making module is € 3,590 + VAT.
The program fee for the Global Leader program (6 modules) is € 13,800 + VAT.
The program fee includes learning materials, lunches and coffee breaks during the program days.
