An Effective Leader Leaves an Imprint
How has the leader’s job changed in a world where the problems to be solved are increasingly complex? Why do the solutions we create often cause a set of new problems? Why are the conventional models of leadership no longer effective?
To be effective today, a leader must influence people and processes throughout their networks and ecosystems. Working with different stakeholders and solving complex problems with a wide range of actors requires a new mindset and a new set of competencies.
Today’s leaders need first to identify the key challenges and drivers in the external business environment and then to utilize their leadership skills to influence and connect people for effective action. Impactful leaders achieve results by articulating a joint strategy direction for all stakeholders in their ecosystem, enabling action, aligning resources, and building a culture of learning and renewal.
The Leading Business through People program is designed to cover the competencies you need to lead your business impactfully through people. You will build your leadership style to best lead the strategy execution.
