Our new leadership program provides the skills and frameworks needed for effective and influential leadership in a compact package:

Saara Bange

Saara Bange is an Associate Director, trainer and experienced facilitator with years of experience in account direction and project management in the fields of executive education and communications.

She holds A Master’s degree in Economics from the Helsinki School of Economics and is finalizing her Ph.D. in Organisational Communications at the Aalto University School of Business. She has published her research in journals such as Journal of Management Inquiry and Journal of Media Management. Bange’s clients have complimented her for her caring and passionate approach. She takes every program to heart and makes sure to deliver effectively and efficiently. 

Pekka Mattila

Dr. Pekka Mattila is a specialist in strategic management and agility, strategy co-creation, business model innovation, executive leadership, top team dynamics, change management, organizational culture and strategic marketing. 

Dr. Mattila works frequently with European, Asian and North American as well as African executive audiences and is a much-requested speaker at corporate and other events around the world. Over the years, he has frequently visited a number of prestigious European and Asian universities teaching management, organizational behavior, marketing, and sociology. 

In addition to his academic activities Dr. Mattila has conducted an active business career. Currently he serves as the Chairman of the Board or as a Member of the Board at a number of innovative companies: e.g. media, construction technology, payments, lighting as well as food and beverage industries. Previously he served in executive, management and senior staff positions in the Nordic financial services industry. From 2012 till 2014 he served as a board member at a leading Finnish bank. Currently he serves as a Member of the Board of The Finnish National Gallery. From 2009 till 2017 he served as the Chairman of the Board for the foundation operating the renowned Helsinki Festival. He is a Founding Member of Nordic Institute of Business and Society and the Chairman of the Board for Helsinki Advanced Interaction Studies Institute. 

Dr. Pekka Mattila is the Group Managing Director and Associate Dean of Aalto EE and serves as a Professor of Practice at the Aalto University School of Business. He holds a D.Sc. in sociology from the University of Helsinki and an Executive MBA at London Business School. 


Ira Lange

Ira Lange's core competencies are relationships in the workplace and the factors that influence management’s and experts’ behavior and interaction.

Her coaching and training themes are leadership and management practices, efficient and effective team building, as well as building trust and confidence in the organization. In recent years Lange has also coached executive board members and management teams that have faced leadership challenges in achieving common goals.

Lange is interested in human cognition, emotions, and efficiency in a workplace environment and in a professional context. In addition to leadership coaching and training, Lange also trains sales and customer relationship management skills, based on her previous experience as a consultant and sales manager. Lange makes a variety of assessments and inquiries that can be connected to team building and personal development programs.

Ira Lange is a coach, CEO, and entrepreneur at Q.motion Oy. She has over 20 years of experience in sales and leadership management e.g. Aspectum Consulting, Amos Partners, Bon Stockbrokers, AON Corporation. Lange works in Finland and Baltic countries. Ira Lange has a Master's degree from the University of Helsinki. She is a certified Business Coach and team builder, TM.
