As a leader and executive, you are responsible for the performance and result of the organization. Our new leadership program provides the skills and frameworks needed for effective and influential leadership in a compact package:

  • Strong self-awareness is a prerequisite for developing as a supervisor. As a manager, you will learn to understand the impact of your persona and actions on other people.
