Within the last two decades, we have witnessed a remarkable transformation in the ways we connect, trade and communicate. Interaction is evident more than ever in history using various means. Connecting everyone is communication and effective communication skills have become vital for professional and personal success.

Management Communication is an online program that offers a unique insight into newly emerging perspectives in communication and learning that serve the needs of the 21st century professionals by equipping them with the skills necessary to succeed in the ever-changing business environment.

Offered in an online format following a pioneering Small Private Online Course (SPOC) design that allows for greater accessibility and flexibility, each module of the program has been carefully crafted to provide participants with the opportunity to learn and practice communication and learning strategies and techniques for creating a flow of influential and inspirational communication.

The Management Communication program is designed for professionals that aim for greater sense of self awareness and leadership that transcends to others by exploring how to deal with sensitive topics and positive communication.

Contents and Schedule

7 weeks / 6 hours per week

 

The program includes an individual project that consists of 4 modules, reflection journal and online consultation sessions with the instructor.

Contents

The modules will focus on providing participants with the opportunity to:

  • Gain contemporary theoretical and practical knowledge from the fields of communication, behavioral science and neuroscience.
  • It is offered in an online format following a pioneering Small Private Online Course (SPOC) design that allows greater accessibility and flexibility.
  • Allows participants to build on the philosophy of open and dialogic learning allowing open sharing of ideas, deeper inter-personal connection, personalized feedback and assistance.

Program Fee

The program fee for the Management Communication program is € 980 (+ VAT).

Please note that the program fee does not include travel expenses or accommodation. VAT is applicable to private persons and Finnish companies.
