Creativity is regarded as essential, and even the greatest asset, in modern organizations – but how can we harness and manage it? Managing Creativity provides participants with an overall understanding of how to become a facilitator of creative potential in oneself, in teams, in organizations, and in networks. Participants will learn about the specific creative processes and what creativity is as an organizational attribute.
Establishing a force of creative thinkers whose ideas can change the way problems are solved is your organization's creative capital. Creative capital cannot survive and flourish without the processes, structures, and people who engage in creative endeavors.
This module will include deep dives into
- the differences between incremental and radical creativity from a leadership perspective,
- specific challenges in leading creativity in a virtual and hybrid work environment, and
- leading creativity in networks and ecosystems.
